  1. Primero. ORDENAR a la Relatoria de Tutelas, al Departamento de Sistemas y a la Secretaria General de esta corporacion adoptar todas las medidas conducentes a reservar y proteger la identidad de la solicitante, quien fue actora en el proceso que termino con la sentencia T-722 de julio 21 de 2008. En consecuencia, la identidad de la senora XXXXX debe retirarse de las copias de las providencias respectivas y de cualquier otra referencia publica.
  2. Segundo. REMITASE la peticion de la senora XXXXX al Juzgado
  3. Cuarto. de Familia de Bucaramanga, que conocio el asunto en primera instancia y donde debe reposar el expediente respectivo, para que tambien proceda en consecuencia.
